INTRODUCTION

The Committee for Christian Education hosts Camp Westminster to promote the spiritual health of families in the region where God has placed us.  We hope Camp provides space for your family to grow closer to God & to one another through instruction, fellowship and fun.

SPEAKERS

Pastor Brian DeJong grew up a pastor’s kid in Montana, Michigan, Iowa, California, New Jersey & Illinois.  After college, Brian felt called to the Christian ministry. After completing seminary at Reformed Theological Seminary, he was ordained in the Central Florida Presbytery of the PCA in 1993. Pastor De Jong joined the OPC in 2000 and has served as Pastor at Grace OPC in Sheboygan since 2005. Brian and his wife, DeLou, have six children and 8 grandchildren.

Chris Barnard has served as Pastor of Grace Church since 2023. While completing his studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Chris served as a deacon and pastoral intern at Lake Sherwood OPC, in Orlando, Florida. Pastor Chris and his wife Laura have four young children who love coming to Camp Westminster!

REGISTRATION COSTS — This amount covers the additional costs for hosting the event.  (e.g. obtaining speakers, supplies, conference center fees, etc.)
  • Single/Couple Registration — $95
  • Family Registration — $135
  • Day Attender (per individual) — $21

HOW TO PAY:

Payment Amount = Registration + Housing Choice

The payment deadline is: May 23rd.  You must pay your registration fee to finalize your registration.  If your payment is not received by the deadline, your registration will be cancelled.
If finances are a barrier, the committee encourages you to speak to the local session or diaconate of your church about financial assistance.

REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your registration prior to the payment deadline, then we can process a refund.  Any costs associated with processing refunds will be subtracted from the refund (e.g. Paypal fees or postage for checks, etc.)

ACTIVITIES

Hike/Bike:  The Green Lake Conference Center is a great place to enjoy God’s creation, with many trails and small roads to explore. Climb Judson Tower to get a spectacular view 200 feet above the lake.

Sports & Games: tennis, volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer, canoeing, boat rides, fishing, nature walks, tram tour, ping pong, shuffleboard, disc golf, carpet ball, weight machines, playground areas, biking and swimming (no lifeguard), gaga ball

Rentals: Boats, bikes, golf equipment are available to rent or bring your own.  Contact Green Lake Conference center for more information.

Golf: The Conference Center also contains Lawsonia, which offers two 18-hole layouts, a golf shop, and restaurant. It is just one of four fine courses in the area which make it a popular golf destination. (Shirt with a collar required!)

Crafts: The craft building offers instruction and a broad assortment of supplies to make stained glass, ceramics, and jewelry at reasonable prices.

Shopping & Dining: Green Lake and Ripon are a short drive and offer shopping, eating, and additional recreation opportunities.

The Padelford Country Store is located in the camping area for the purchase of food, supplies and candy!
