Organization of Immanuel (Anoka) as a particular congregation and installation of Jim Hoekstra as Pastor.
Time: 7:00 p.m. (presbytery meeting 30 minutes prior)
Participants: Mr. De Jong will lead the service, Mr. Strom will preach the sermon, Mr. Kuhfuss will offer the ordination and installation prayer, and Mr. Lems will charge the congregation.
